Senior Manager, Project Management – Wireless

  • Plan, support, execute and manage the IT deliverables associated with the market launch of Bell’s 5G network, including 5G onboarding, provisioning, usage processing and settlement, inventory and care operations.
  • Secure and fortify key wireless IT systems, through the implementation of various security bug fixes and ensure vendor adherence to secure software delivery lifecycle management principles.

Senior Project Manager – Wireless

  • Successfully transitioned to a new role supporting wireless consumer IoT, activation provisioning,  and network customer profile management system delivery accountability.
    • Implemented significant organizational, technological, and process change associated with the migration of key wireline provisioning capabilities onto the wireless activation
      system including:
      • Transformation of the activation and network customer profile management system delivery practices to leverage Secure Software Delivery Lifecycle
