So I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately. I’ve been evaluating my priorities, my quality of life, the things that drive me, the things that make me weak, and really have taken a step back to think. I’m going to use the next week to come to terms with my life strategy to see if maybe there needs to be an adjustment.

Somewhere along the way I’ve lost track of my personal goals. I’ve been so caught up with everything around me that I’ve forgotten about the most important things in my life.

First of all, I’ve been in a fitness rut…my health has probably been one of lowest items on my ‘list’. I’ve not been eating properly (actually I’ve been eating a lot of crap), I haven’t been exercising (I use to be a gym freak). My energy levels have probably been the lowest they’ve ever been.

I’ve had a lot of things on my mind as of late. What do I want out of life, how do I change my life to ensure that I’m getting what I want out of it?
