The famous nano cube
Tonight I finally ventured over to Ralph’s to see the wondrous nano cube and its lively species within it. I was completely amazed at the red starfish. They are just gorgeous! I wanted to see them move, however they never seemed to creep around at all when I was staring at the aquarium (which was like minutes at a time). However, to my amazement when I was not looking the one starfish must’ve leaped off the Figi Live rock to the ground. I just couldn’t seem to catch a glimpse of them slowwwwwly moving. The amphiprion ocellaris (aka Nemo’s) were also quite beautiful. They swam around alot and are very vibrant. The coolest marine invertebrate was definitely the plate coral. It had the longest tentacles that completely hide the ridged skeleton. They move constantly and are supposed to expand to twice its size!!!!! It is the coolest looking coral I have ever seen. The yellow fish was being quite rude and shy. Lol. It did not emerge at all from its hiding spot, so I did not get to see its beauty. Another time I suppose. I was not a big fan of the crabs……… They are ugly! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the fish and the coral, it was actually quite relaxing! I am going to venture out this week and buy a fish to add to the nano cube that I can call my own 🙂
